Well, I’m not that experienced with shopping carts etc., but it sure is possible. There are a few well coded ecommerce plugins!. It might be the case, that the plugin pages (shopping cart, etc.) need to be styled in the same style as the rest of the website, but that’s it.

Question is this: would I be able to use your theme with my existing shopping cart and set up a page for buying products (I'll probably have about 10).
